Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation All school trip bookings must be made in advance. An estimated number of students is required at the time of booking. Final confirmed numbers should be provided at least 7 days before the visit date. Payment Policy Payment for the confirmed number of students is required before the visit date. Additional students beyond the confirmed number may be added on the day of the visit and paid on-site, subject to capacity. Teachers and supervising adults attend free of charge. Cancellation & Changes Cancellations made 14 days or more before the visit date are eligible for a full refund or one-time reschedule, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of the visit date are non-refundable. Reductions to the confirmed number within 7 days cannot be refunded. Arrival & Schedule Groups are asked to arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time, with no refund for time lost. Supervision & Safety Students must be supervised by teachers and accompanying adults at all times. Wonderland staff provide facility supervision but do not provide one-on-one child supervision. Facility Use All play areas are included, including Adventure Maze, Ninja Jump, Bouncing Castle, and Rainbow Haven. Use of all facilities must follow posted safety rules and staff instructions. Food & Personal Belongings Wonderland is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.
