Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot. Camp spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 14 days or more before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund or can be transferred to another available camp date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days, late arrivals, or early pickups. Schedule Changes Camp date changes are allowed up to 7 days before the start date, subject to availability. Changes requested within 7 days cannot be accommodated. Absences & Illness If a child is unable to attend due to illness, we kindly ask families to notify us as early as possible. Absences do not qualify for refunds or makeup days. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Children must be dropped off and picked up on time. Late pickups may be subject to an additional supervision fee. Safety & Conduct Wonderland reserves the right to dismiss a child whose behavior poses a safety risk to themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
